Most special needs centres in the UAE focus on activities such as crochet, candle-making and card-making, but the Fujairah Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled decided to do something quite different – they’ve opened a chocolate-making workshop, which has quickly become the students’ favourite class. The chocolate is made with ingredients imported from Belgium and France and contains no preservatives. Prices start at Dh5.
