Diners can expect a menu full of French classics such as bouillabaise, duck confit and moules marinieres from the head chef David Cagle, plus a range of premium cuts of beef from New Zealand and Australia. Cagle, who is Scottish and learnt his skills at the Michelin-starred restaurant Cameron House in Loch Lomond, says: “Guests should expect a quality experience in a relaxed yet chic setting and will be taken on a culinary journey through traditional French specialties, fused with contemporary regional dishes. I am certain that when guests discover the warmth and charm of St Tropez and the simple extravagance, they will return time and time again.”
