If you’re looking forward to a festive feast on December 25th but don’t relish the idea of stuffing a turkey yourself; here’s a top pick for a seasonal gourmet meal.  Award-winning Mediterranean restaurant Ossiano in Atlantis Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is taking reservations for this coming Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Check out this sneak peak of the specially designed seven-course menu which costs Dh995 per person.

Scallop carpaccio with raisin, almond and cauliflower

Poached Canadian lobster with Marie rose sauce a la Grecque

Beef consommé, braised short rib and quail egg

Poached halibut with black truffle, smoked eggplant and asparagus

Turkey Wellington, potato puree, candy beetroot and onion jus

Quince and chestnut tart with Clementine sorbet

Almond milk parfait, cherry compote, acacia honey fancier

Ossiano is well known for its standout seafood and here’s a guide to some of the best dishes on offer. Reason alone to visit the restaurant is the amazing views of the aquarium from every table. Ambassador’s Lagoon is home to more than 65,000 marine animals and you can play ‘spot the species’ with a handy picture guide provided by restaurant staff.

Bouillabaisse with scallops, squid, rouille
