You are looking at a veggie bake I just ate. While it was my least favourite lunch of the five I’ve had this week, I still enjoyed it – and found it very filling.
This morning was another croissant – I know I ordered all these croissants, I just kind of find it hard to believe. All that to say that I still feel I haven’t had enough veggies and feel that so far today in particular, which is why I cracked open a bag of tiny carrots this morning. I needed some crunch. Tonight’s dinner – pumpkin, green lentil and beans tajine – looks right up my alley.
I am really enjoying the smaller portion sizes, though, and my vegetable complaints aside – a big salad, for example, would be nice – I find this food fresh, varied and well-prepared. Right Bite is going to give the other food delivery services in Abu Dhabi a run for their money. I’ve found their offerings far, far superior in terms of quality.
