Leopold’s of London, the upmarket cafe and brasserie that opened in December in Abu Dhabi’s Boutik Mall, Reem Island, is now offering a home delivery service to residents of Sun and Sky Towers. The bustling restaurant has also updated its menu, offering new dishes such as fish ‘n’ chips with thick-cut chips, baby gem salad and sauce gribriche; twice-cooked chicken with Moroccan tomato and chickpea ragout, mint, lemon and garlic salsa; and tagliatelle with local prawns, tomato, chilli, verjus, parsley and extra-virgin olive oil.
Regulars can relax, though: Leopold’s best-sellers, such as the black Angus burger, North African chicken meatballs, lasagne of braised beef short rib and sumac-crusted salmon, remain firmly on the menu, and the salad and sandwich selection has been expanded.
The good news for Leopold’s fans who don’t live on Reem Island is that branches are opening soon in The Galleria, Al Maryah Island; Nation Towers on the Corniche; Al Muneera; and the new The Beach development in JBR, Dubai – with more locations in the pipeline.
