Madinat Jumeirah will host the second annual Taste of Peru as part of the Dubai Food Festival.
The four day celebration of Peruvian gastronomy will take place in the Souk Amphitheatre at Madinat Jumeirah from February 26 to March 1.
Peruvian cuisine is the result of a 500-year-old melting pot of Spanish, Italian, African, Japanese and Chinese immigration combined with native Peruvian culture.
Food huts offering classing Peruvian dishes including ceviche, tiradito, causa, quinotto, beef anticucho, and empanadas, along with Peruvian juices and the renowned national grape cocktail will be available at the venue.
The event, hosted in collaboration with the Trade, Tourism and Investment Office of Peru in Dubai, will also have guest appearances from celebrity Peruvian chefs and live performances by Peru Andino, a group of musicians travelling to Dubai for this event.
