Fill up the fridge with the freshest produce from the Local Harvest Farmers’ Market that opens in Saadiyat this weekend.
A new market will open at The Collection, the dining spot at St Regis Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi, on March 1.
The market will sell Local Harvest branded fruits, vegetables, dates, honey and other produce.
Visitors can also shop for locally made arts and crafts while taking in the atmosphere and sampling the wares.
Local Harvest is an initiative of the Abu Dhabi Farmers’ Services Centre, which was established in 2009 to provide technical and operations support services to farmers.
The market will be open from 10am to 4pm in the central courtyard of The Collection, beginning Friday and will run until the summer.
