If you’re looking to hone your Italian cooking skills, sign up for the masterclasses being held every Monday and Wednesday at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. During the two-and-a-half hour sessions, novice chefs will be put through their paces by Villa Toscana’s resident chef, Stefano Viola. On the menu will be antipasto, a traditional Tuscan main course and a desert, incorporating the best Italian ingredients.
